What is REF?

The Remote Effective Framework has two main components.

The Remote Maturity Model, helps organizations to understand where they are and where they need to go.
The Remote Effective Toolbox, a set of practical concepts and tools to move in the Maturity Level of your organization.

The Remote Maturity Model

The Remote Maturity Model identifies immediately and easily where your team, organization or department stands and which steps needs to do to improve. For every organization there are 4 stages and one threat.

  • An organization that needs to work in the office and if they have remote or flexible collaborators, they will mostly fail managing them.
  • They don’t have proper tools to manage members o, plans, projects or products.
  • Remote members feel disconnected.
